Grace DudneyAttorney

Grace Dudney represents individuals and families across northern Mississippi in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and the collaborative divorce process.  She also assists with business litigation matters as well as complex issues involving guardianships and conservatorships.  Prior to joining Hollis Legal, Grace interned in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi under Judge Robert P. Myers and in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi under Judge Katherine M. Samson.

Grace earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law where she graduated cum laude and served as an editor for the school’s Sport Law Review.  Her undergraduate studies were also completed in Oxford where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies.

Grace learned the value of hard work and commitment while working on her family’s farm in Perkinston, MS and recognizes the long-term impacts her efforts have on her clients and the community at large.

“Clients often come to our firm for help during incredibly stressful times.  It’s our job to provide not only exceptional legal services, but to do so in a compassionate and caring way that helps them move on with their lives and focus on those things they find most important.”  Grace Dudney
