Scott Hollis is a nationally recognized attorney and the founder of Hollis Legal Solutions, PLLC. He has successfully represented individuals, families, and businesses in their most important legal matters for more than 25 years. Prior to opening Hollis Legal, Scott worked at two of the South’s most prestigious law firms where he won high-stakes trial verdicts in cases involving complex legal theories and fact situations. It’s this experience that prepared him well for the important work he does today in both the courtroom and at the negotiation table.
Scott has consistently been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Martindale-Hubbell, Avvo, and Thomson Reuters for excellence in the practice of law.
Andrea Womack brings a powerful combination of skill, passion, and advanced training to the practice of law. Licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee, she is also a trained mediator, having completed the course at the Mediation Training Corporation under renowned ADR expert, Bobby Harges.
During her 17-year career, Andrea has established a reputation for excellence – and results – in the areas of divorce, child custody and support, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and the collaborative divorce process. Her philosophy on the practice of law, however, goes further than simply achieving positive outcomes in the legal aspect of her clients’ cases.
Kay-Anne Thompson represents clients in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody and support, and prenuptial agreements.
A graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, Kay-Anne brings a passion and commitment to achieving client goals, while maintaining civility and professionalism in the practice of law. Thomson Reuters has twice recognized Kay-Anne as one of the state’s Rising Stars in their annual publication of top attorneys, an honor reserved for 2.5% of attorneys under the age of forty.
Grace Dudney represents clients in complex family law matters. She earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining the firm, she interned in the federal court system under Judge Robert P. Myers and Judge Katherine M. Samson.
Natasha Hollis is the Firm Manager of Hollis Legal Solutions, PLLC and an expert in all facets of delivering top-tier legal services. Since joining the practice in 2015, she has managed implementation of the firm’s overall strategic goals while maintaining responsibilities for financial analysis and reporting, human resources, benefits management, computer systems, and client support.
Natasha earned her bachelors degree from Florida State University as well as her legal assistant certificate from Mississippi State University.
Bailey McNamara is the Operations Manager at Hollis Legal and serves as the point person for several key aspects of the business including new and existing client communications, vendor relationships, and efficiency improvement and best practices implementation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi.
Emerson Thomas is a Legal Assistant at Hollis Legal Solutions and plays a key role in new and existing client communications as well as case management, calendaring, document acquisition and review, and trial preparation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University. Prior to joining HLS, she worked in the retail and family care industries.
Angela Lacey brings over 20 years of paralegal and litigation support experience to the HLS Team and works with our attorneys and clients in all aspects of family law matters. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Professional Legal Studies as well as her legal certification from the University of Memphis.
